I have to pee a lot, which gets in the way of my workout.  How can I go longer between pee pit stops?
 
Try hydrating an hour to 90 minutes prior to hitting the gym.  Then empty your bladder just before you exercise, and drink to replenish your fluids afterward.  Also, limit how much you drink of fruit juices and caffeinated beverages, including energy drinks, because they can irritate the bladder andd make you urinate more.

Can exercise make my headaches go away?
 
Yes, especially if it is a tension-type headache.  It is a side effect of increased adrenaline and noradrenaline-chemicals that boost your hearts ability to pump blood.  Any physical activity that increases your pulse will ease your headaches.
