Treadmill Interval Training
 
Are you ready for a fun and high calorie burning treadmill routine?  Well here it is..... it will get your heart pumping and those legs and buns burning!
 
HIGH INCLINE/FAST SPEED:Put your treadmills incline as high as you can stand it.  Then adjust the speed up to were you can walk WITHOUT holding on.  Do this for 2 minutes.  Go to the next interval...
 
BACKWARDS WALK:Lower incline back to normal and slow your speed.  Holding onto the side handles, turn and walk backwards.  Do this for 2 minutes.  Go to the next interval.....
 
SIDE STEP SHUFFLE:Keeping the incline and the speed the same, step over, with both feet on one side of edge of the treadmill.  Hold onto the bar in the center and step down onto the treadmill and start to side step.  Adjust the speed if you need to.  The higher the speed, the harder the workout.  Do this for 2 minutes.  Start all over again and repeat up to 30 minutes.
